I'm Off!!!

Well, everyone, I'm tired! Shop Hop was a great success! We had fun!!! But If I don't get away for a while, I don't think anyone will like me for long. Sooo I'm off for a few weeks. I think the Oregon Coast is calling me. I'll be back soon! Thanks!!!! Don't forget to stop by the shop and make sure everything is going well without me. Pat will be great. She may even give you a good deal? You never know.

Another Fun Shop Hop for the Recordbooks

Another Northwest Washington Shop Hop over and in the books. We had a really good time seeing all of you come in. Here's my friend Heather. I think she was surprised by something. You just never know whats going to happen at Aunt Mary's.

I love it when customers are inspired by something in the shop and stop back to show us what they did. This lady was inspired by our Tri County Shop Hop Quilt, and stopped by to show us what she did. Cool!!!

Even the little ones have a good time collecting their squares for a memory quilt.

We have such great customers visit during shop hop. Everyone seems to be up for stopping and sharing a little about their good time.

The Olive Garden called to warn us about these girls. What a fun group! Margarita anyone?

Almost ready for SHOP HOP

OK! I know I haven't been keeping up on my blog. I have been working hard to get the shop ready for The Great Northwest Washington Shop Hop. There's lots of new fabric in and all kind of new quilts up on display. This cute sail boat quilt is from the "Crazy Kids" Book by the Buggy Barn. I just love their patterns. I just got in a brand new one from them. VERY CUTE!
I finished my "Farm Fresh" quilt in time to hang it for shop hop. I really enjoyed making this summery quilt. Now I need another stitchery pattern to get me through summer. I have been eyeing Meg Hawkey's new pattern "Snowmen, A to Z" It's really wonderful!

I'm so lucky to have such nice friends that let me borrow their finished projects! this one was made by Pat Darracot. She does such a great job. It out of the book by Sandy Klop, " American Jane, Quilts For All Seasons" Well, I think I'm almost ready to meet all the great quilters in Western Washington. I hope you are one of them.

Some neat things!

My friend Linda has been at it again. she just brought in this cute little project. It's one of the Crabapple hill patterns. This is the kind of thing you can do as your siting out on the deck this summer sipping on a lemonade. mmmmm

Button, button, Who's got the Button? I DO!!!! I love buttons! Need to put just the right touch on a new purse? A bug for an appliqued flower? Buttons will do it!!!
