It was 109 at my house yesterday!!! That's H.E. double hockey sticks hot!!! I was soooo glad to get back to work. Here is what the thermostat says here. MMMMMM!!!! I can always share the cool with you. come on by. Bring your stuff and sew. The classroom is empty. I would love the company. The last time it was this slow was last December when we had all the ice and snow. Be careful what you wish for!!!
I love Applique! I teach a class that is once a month for six months. It's one of my favorite classes to teach. I love getting others as addicted as I am. We make a great sampler quilt from a "Piece O Cake" book, and learn new techniques each month. This is Gail. She's really doing great! This class will be offered again, starting in the fall. 
Yesterday was the annual Customer Appreciation BBQ. I get to take some time to say thank you to my great friends. Here is liz and Nancy enjoying lunch. Thank you all for stopping by. YOUR THE BEST!!!!
Here is one of my friend's husband. He stoped by for some BBQ without his wife. That's Great! He looks full and content. What a great guy! We love husbands! Were would we be with out all their support in our creativity? hmmm... Well, maybe we don't want to go there.
I"M BACK! Vacation was great! I didn't get to go to the Oregon Coast. My husband had too much work to do. Oh Well. It was so nice to be home for a while. Here at the shop Pat got lots and lots of great stuff in. It's so much fun to come back to a "new" looking shop. This line from Michael Miller is Sooooo Nice. I just love the fairies on it.
