My friend Linda has been at it again. she just brought in this cute little project. It's one of the Crabapple hill patterns. This is the kind of thing you can do as your siting out on the deck this summer sipping on a lemonade. mmmmm
Button, button, Who's got the Button? I DO!!!! I love buttons! Need to put just the right touch on a new purse? A bug for an appliqued flower? Buttons will do it!!!

Shop Hop 2009 Fabric
It's kind of hard to believe that The great Northwest Washington Quilt shop hop is just around the corner again. Yep! I just got my first shipment of this years shop hop fabric in the shop. So now I have to get busy cutting it up to make the kits for our block. If you want to reserve your own little stash (I think most of us cut back on how much we got this year, so the quantities are going to be more limited) You better do it quick!

April Showers, bring May flowers. So If it continues to rain in May do we get extra special flowers?!!! Here are just a few that make me happy. Today the sun is suppose to come out and be beautiful right through the weekend. May floral sale at Aunt Mary's is through Saturday, so I hope some of you come to Aunt Mary's to pick out some flowers for your stash.

Reynola's class A HIT!!!
Last Saturday, Reynola Pakusich was here teaching one of her great classes, "meandering paths" Here she is at her sewing machine giving a demonstration on how to sew the block. Everyone was just crazy over her teaching style. she is so knowledgeable about how to use the fabrics you love, and getting them to all communicate together.
